Dear Internet,

I would like to cook all the things for Thanksgiving.

I want the regular caramelized onion gravy, a tofurkey, a salad, cranberry sauce.  And there will be some sort of mashed potato, sweet potato, brussels sprouts, green beans, biscuits and pie.  (what am I forgetting?)

But!  I'm reading Thanksgiving blog posts like porn and now also want to make all of these things.
