"It's here in the smallest bones"

Long and weepy day and it's barely past noon.
 

Readercon was awesome.  I think I helped do a good thing.   (I asked Light to fix in his memory a time where I was feeling really good about what I was doing/had done and remind me of that when I start wailing about how I should have fun hobbies).  Because, at the moment, I kind of want to do this for always, though with some better delegation management for the at-con bit.  (not that there weren't people to delegate to, I just didn't figure out how to use them).   I started saying sarcastically as the convention got closer "I'm changing the face of fandom" and every once in a while, someone would see how desperately I wanted to be told "yes, that's what you're doing" and they'd tell me and I'd have absolutely No Idea what to do with the praise.   

Once again, working on conventions, even if it takes more than I am necessarily convinced I have to give, has introduced me to this handful of amazing people, and now I have to confront the fact that I have absolutely no idea how to continue the interactions, or if I even should, or maybe these people can be people I only know in the context of readercon and I shouldn't attempt to genre-jump the relationships.

 

Either way, universe, here's the deal.   I've got six more weeks of summer.    There are some things this is going to have to contain, whether or not I want to, but let's have the rest of it be awesome, okay?   Here is a list of my demands.

I'd like to go swimming, at least four separate times.
I'd like to throw/drop Moppet in a lake/ocean.
I'd like to register for a latin class in the fall.
I'd like to go to a lot of concerts. 
I'd like to see Pacific Rim,
I'd like to eat at Life Alive again
I'd like to learn how to drive.
I'd like to go back to the PEM and the Isabella Stewart and the mystic aquarium.

I'd like to keep up with my farmshare and use it to make awesome food.
I'd like to see a lot of people in small groups.

I'd like even more to spend some one-on-one (ideally naked) time with someone particular.

I'd like to spend a lot of time with Coolidge.
I'd like to spend a lot of time with new kitten.
