i'm always going to want more cardamon, i think. in everything.
this is really warm, and sort of..um, golden and furry, even if those aren't smell-words. but it's also a little too sweet/floral.
this is going be as frustrating for me as wine used to be. i can sense layers, but i don't have the words for them.

You know... if you don't have the words for them, the rest of us are in some serious trouble.

I think that warm, golden and furry describes the effect of cardamom quite well.

Isn't it frustrating? I always end up with non-smell words as descriptors. It's even more frustrating to read the forums, in which people hold forth very much like wine people do, all "the notes of honeysuckle are crisp and layered precisely with the pert orchid", where I'm like, "Huh. Flowers."

And I agree with you on Bastet. Golden and warm. Looking forward to hearing what else you got, and what you think of it.

'pert orchid' is wicked, wicked fun to say.
and the forums intimidate me a little. how do these people smell so precisely?
