"naught else is worth the having"

I've gotten myself back into a stupidly busy schedule, it appears, and now I'm not even really doing any volunteering.

Mondays, I want to attend the Harvard cooking lectures.
Tuesdays, Study date with Light
Wednesday, Latin Class
Thursday, Light's game night/farm share pickup/veggie prep

And then Friday-Sunday all bets are off, at least until Feste and I sort out some sort of schedule.   And I kind of like not having anything regularly scheduled on the weekends, except maybe for Sherman Cafe with Light when I'm home.

Okay, fuck this indecision about giving him the right name, one that speaks to just the right amount of emotional involvement.   For the moment, I'm changing his usename from Feste to Abundance. 

 

In the next five weeks, I head back up to Maine to spend the long weekend with Abundance, and then September contains a clover hot sauce class, the aforementioned latin class at the extension school starting, maybe see Holly Black at the CPL, a stupid work party, the aforementioned cooking lectures, another Gather Here class, an equally stupid work retreat, possibly seeing Bill McKibben talk about Oil and Honey (or the food lecture, or Susan Cooper at PSB), seeing Margaret Atwood talk about MaddAddam, going to the TKOP welcome party, celebrating my 7th anniversary, going to a Readercon meeting by which time I have to have had decisive feelings about the Safety committee, and then driving out to Northampton to see a Vienna Teng concert.
 

And then of course there's all the wonderful people, and a vin diesel movie and my awesome new trainer at the gym.  There are all these words inside my head, inside my fingers,inside my mouth, and I can't seem to sort them into coherence.   
 

Even when I get mopey, even when I don't do the dishes or put the laundry away, this is a pretty freaking amazing life to be living.
