The Pines opened for Jeffrey Foucault and his band, and they had early release copies of Horse Latitudes.
The Pines were three guys. One of them was wearing sunglasses and two of them were wearing unironic hats. I was not impressed.
Jeffrey Foucault and his band, however, rocked my world once again. And I think I may have figured out some part of why I developed a crush on someone with facial hair.
At one point the table next to us broke out in laughter, and I thought they were looking at us, but I then decided I was just being paranoid. And then, they asked if they could take a picture of my doily. Turns out, they'd seen the "fuck off, I'm reading" bookmark I was cross-stitching.
