books, again
Nov. 1st, 2006 07:37 pmi've drafted four entries tonight.
One about the six random things meme.
One about depression.
One about my fascination with minutae.
But I'll leave you with this one instead.
October was taken up mostly with depression, cross-stitching and puzzle pirates. (the last being the only available form of self-medication for the first open to me anymore). So not so much with the reading.
The Fall of The Kings by Ellen Kushner and Delia Sherman
The Bristling Wood by Katherine Kerr
Paula by Isabel Allende
The Troublesome Offspring of Cardinal Guzman by Louis de Bernieres
I think I'm forgetting something, but i can't put my finger on what it might be. I abandoned Eggers, and i've half-started three others. I'd say next month I'll be better, but maybe I won't, and maybe I should try and find a different way to think about it.
