I have to make something for a bake sale this weekend. I am, however, paralyzed by my choices. I have at least one good recipe for most genres of baked goods in my arsenal.

Suggestions, internet at large? Would you prefer to purchase chocolate honey cake, orange honey bread, scones with currants, molasses cookies, or some other thing entirely?

My vote is for soemthing not terribly sweet. As a veteran of way too many school bake sales, it really sucks when you want to buy something other that's not 80% sugar.

With the way work's been going, I'd make the scones, cookies, and probably a batch of very gooey brownies. Actually, a baking binge sounds like a Very Good Idea. Hm...

Chocolate honey cake.

or you could just bake that for me and send it via care package.

I vote scones, since they can be made with dried fruit and you can sell them in individual portions (as supposed to trying to sell an entire cake at once). Also, scones are delicious. Or something that incorporates fruit, because then it appears healthy (and is still totally delicious).

I now want to make scones, but I have to head to bed. Hmph...

I like the idea of scones or orange honey bread, which sounds maddeningly delicious.
