Dec. 1st, 2019 07:00 pm I use the phrase "all up in my feels" more often than is probably necessary. But it feels like such a great way to call out that headspace when I know that I'm tangled up in my feelings, that my thought processes and actions are being influenced and probably not influenced for the better. And it's a pretty great description of where I am now. But we had lovely guests, we ate lovely food, we turned the gas fireplace on and my dog is very cute.
