Aug. 6th, 2019 09:37 pm Today I had a color consultation on the new house.
It's probably going to be mostly grey and purple, to absolutely no one's surprise.
Tomorrow I'm going to a dr appointment with Delight, then my credit union for a new debit card, then the post office, then I'm going to do every dish in my house, and then I'm going put more things in boxes.
Eight days until we close, a little more than a month (probably) until we move in. I'm purging my clothes pretty well, my books less well and my craft supplies almost not at all. Which seems somehow backwards, since I have the best idea of where clothes will go, a middling idea of where books will go and no idea where crafting things will go. well, I know where they'll go, but that place won't exist until after we put in solar panels and who knows when that will be.
But I'm going to get my bright purple door. And a new couch. And I'm going to have a garage, a shed, an attic and a basement. I may not know where anything is going, but I'll have a lot of places to put things until I do.
