Good chocolate makes good cookies. I feel like I should be taking some sort of lesson from this, but I'm not so sure I want to. So, for the moment, I'll just say that fudge ecstasies are pretty damn fabulous cookies and you should totally try to get me to make you a batch. I also have the stuff for blueberry muffins, because I think we will be falling back on the old standard of breakfast-for-dinner.

Skin and her husband might be coming to live with us for some of the summer, and I've got this weird, relieved feelings of "well, finally," as though having someone else live with us for a bit will finally cleanse the last taint of Asshat from the house.

My puppy's belly is spotted, and my house smells like baked goods. Time for some ambien.
