Nov. 15th, 2010 08:08 pmIt really is a wonder anyone ever feeds me. Or that I even managed to feed myself.
I'm a vegetarian, allergic to mushrooms, attempting to avoid soy, in recovery, and doing Weight Watchers. I don't even know how I pull it off. And yet, I feel like I eat very, very well.
Yesterday, Light and I made a garden salad, baked mac'n'cheese, apple curry soup and chickpea cutlet parmesan. Tonight I made chili with seitan. today I ate a lunch at a Dan Barber event, where I had amazing, picked-that-morning fresh local food while talking to the editor of Edible Boston.
It's possible this is the week I finally go to Formaggio Kitchen. I think I shall either find or create an occasion to create a cheese plate. because that's how I roll.
