etiquette question and local question
Nov. 12th, 2007 09:03 amEtiquette: Light and I want to send our new PCP a token of our thanks (she's been amazingly wonderfully helpful with his back issues and my being crazy issues, to the tune of both staying late one night and calling us and talking for long periods of time). We're pretty sure flowers are inappropriate for a medical setting, and we don't want to be creepy, we're just really grateful. What would you do in this situation?
Local: So, I've got a wedding to attend the first weekend in December, which just got a little more stressful for reasons beyond my control. My skin has decided to react to this stress as my skin always reacts to stress, and while normally I'd just wait it out, having bad skin is making me stress even more. So, I'm contemplating going for a facial. If you lived in the Boston area, and needed to find a reasonable priced facial accessible by public transit and not administered by mean people, where would you go?
