new book reviewing format, for no apparently reason.

77. Wittgenstein's Mistress by David Markson. ( ooo...namedropping )
78. ambulance girl by Jane Stern. ( BAD )
79. From Hardtack to Homefries by Barbara Haber. ( Food essays, my favorite. seriously )
80. Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman. ( Yeah, I bought it hardcover. )
81. The Scar by China Mieville. ( Embarrassing revelation time )
and i've got nineteen books to go in my goal, which i'm not sure i can finish, though simple math indicates that i've done it in the past. but i need reading-suggestions, I think, since I'm feeling a little stymied.
